The Customer may cancel their transaction at any time up to 30 calendar days from the date of transaction without any penalty or obligation. The request regarding the intention to cancel a particular transection should reach us within the time as mentioned above. No requests for cancellation shall be entertained after the approved time of 30 days at any cost. If you cancel within 30 days, any payments made by you under the sale will be returned within 10 BUSINESS DAYS following receipt of the product in saleable condition by the company. Upon cancellation you must return the product in its original packaging at your own cost to the shipping address of the company. Once the product is received, checked, inspected and approved by the company, the process of refund will be initiated. In case the goods are not found to be in saleable condition the company reserves the right to make any reductions which it may think suitable to restore the products to saleable condition.
